Food:
-Food will be provided, but if you have a special diet, please feel free to bring something for yourself. Meals will be the following:
Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday: cereal fruit, bagels, granola bars, and yes of course coffee!
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday (Lunch is not provided on Friday though snacks will be on hand): Hotdogs and Hamburgers
Dinner on Saturday and Sunday: Penne pasta with tomato sauce. If we have extra hot dogs and hamburgers on Sunday night, we'll cook those too.
Snacks will be granola bars, fruit, cookies, crackers and other similar foods that are individually wrapped.
Drinks are water, ice tea, and lemon/lime Gatorade
Equipment:
-Money (in case you want to by anything in the festival)
Camping Equipment:
-Tent/tarp to lay on ground under tent (if you do not have one, contact someone else in the squadron and ask if you can bunk with them)
-Sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
-Sleeping clothes (unless you want to sleep in BDUs)
-Toilet paper
-Bug spray
-Sun block (REQUIRED)
-Canteens/camelback (REQUIRED)
-Folding chair
-deodorant
-work gloves (just in case)
-flashlight
-poncho or rain coat
-reflective vest
-extra set of BDUs if you have one
-extra black t-shirts
-extra socks
-moleskin
Extra suggested items:
-a deck or cards or something to give you stuff to do when you're off-duty
-sneakers or another pair of comfortable shoes to give your feet a break from boots!
Note: Don't bring anything that you don't mind getting dirty. We will be in a grassy field and on an open airport 100% of the time.
